   No documents will be sent to or received from a broker. All critical documents, including CIS (Customer Information Sheet), KYC (Know Your Customer), POF (Proof of Funds), POP (Proof of Product), and SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement), will be shared exclusively with the buyer or seller.
3. Secure Document Sharing
   Our documents are provided via a secure link to a verified email address. Clients will be able to view the documents online through this personalized and secure access.
4. Personalized Documents with QR Verification
   If any document is shared via email from Omira, it will always be personalized and contain a QR code to verify its authenticity on our secure document server. We do not issue documents addressed to “Whom it may concern.”

2. No NCNDA Before Deal Verification
   We do not sign NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement) before verifying the authenticity of a deal. If a broker is unwilling to collaborate with us to validate a deal without prior paperwork, we are not the right partner for them.
3. No Third-Party Mandates or Brokers Representing Omira
